The C4LCC 101 will train coaches on the topic of what must be established to see the Importance of Character in their sport. This course deals with the question “Why do you coach” and helps coaches to recognize that Character Matters and that we have an opportunity and responsibility to develop character qualities in the kids we coach. It goes on to address coaching with a defined passion and purpose and how to build a lasting foundation. It encourages coaches develop the “Complete Player”— one that is growing in the body, mind, social and spirit areas of their life — resulting in developing the “person”, not just the “performer”.

The C4LCC 102 will further train coaches in what has to be prepared to be Intentional to Develop Character in their sport. This course deals with the “What do you coach” as it walks coaches through the essentials to C4L to prepare their Coaches Purpose Statement. It will deal with finding their vision, mission, core values, and character qualities by running everything through the C4L Formula to develop the Complete Player. Completion of this course will register you as a Certified C4L Level 2 Coach on our website, and you will receive a certificate affirming your certification.
